It’s probably safe to say that Isa Chandra Moskowitz is the most well-known vegan cookbook authors. She’s definitely my favorite. Her newest book Vegan Brunch has created a lot of discussion among vegan blogs, and I can only say that I feel lazy for not having bought it yet. The GirlieGirl Army has a fantastic interview with Moskowitz on their blog, so I strongly urge you to head over there and read it.
