Most of the time when I make a tofu scramble, I don’t really start out with any ideas. I look around my kitchen and use ingredients I have lying around. This time, I got a little heavy-handed with the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. I love using them in everything because of their spiciness and smokiness. However, I’ve now learned not to put three of these little peppers in a tofu scramble.
I was sweating by the time I finished eating this. Of course, it didn’t help that I dipped my Tofurky sausage in ketchup mixed with hot sauce.
