I just got off work and am busy tonight, so a very quickie post today.
I recently made the tempeh salad sandwich from American Vegan Kitchen, and it was delicious. Even my tempeh-hating boyfriend like it.
I had it for lunch with a delicious IPA.
What are your favorite tempeh salad recipes?

That looks great, I’m not the hugest tempeh fan but I’m pretty sure I’d like it stuffed between two slices of bread!

i’ll have to try that tempeh salad, i have yet to enjoy one as much as one should. i do love me some tempeh though and the sammie you’ve got go’n on looks fantastically delicious! gotta love a quick ‘n tasty meal. oh, and if you haven’t made Katie’s hot tempeh wingz (she’s from Don’t Eat Off The Sidewalk) you should – they’re our favorite way to enjoy tempeh to date. mmmmmm!
